The Future Enterprise Support Scheme (TFESS) is a series of seminars, workshops with focus on the Entrepreneurship, Technology and Creative (ETC). Training’s act as a door towards skill acquisition and capacity building for young people who want to get a job or start a business. TFESS engages and empowers thousands of young Nigerians towards income generation. We present TFESS as a revolutionary gap and pipeline for talents in these focus areas whether for business or Jobs.

In its unemployment and underemployment report released by the Nigerian Bureau of Statistics (NBS) stated the country’s unemployment rate grew from 10.4 percent in the last quarter in 2015 to 12.1 percent in Q1 2016 leaving another 1.5 million unemployed. This also means that this percentage are not skilled to get a Jobs or not equipped to start a business.
Focus on training the future of the country by building leaders who are able to take charge of decisions made in their society and also chart a successful future for themselves.
In a nutshell, TFESS aims:
- To reshape the foundation and introduce global standards
- To pitch self-sustaining product design/ideas to change the course of Nigerian economy
- To establish basic principles and ethics
- To empower and build young Nigerians, thereby reducing unemployment in the country

*JOBS* – This is counted as young people with employment and young people who have started a business and have at least 1 employee
