Statement of the Problem

In its unemployment and underemployment report released by the Nigerian Bureau of Statistics (NBS) stated the country’s unemployment rate grew from 10.4 percent in the last quarter in 2015 to 12.1 percent in Q1 2016 leaving another 1.5 million unemployed. This also means that this percentage are not skilled to get a Jobs or not equipped to start a business.

Our Response

Focus on training the future of the country by building leaders who are able to take charge of decisions made in their society and also chart a successful future for themselves. In a nutshell, TFESS aims:

To reshape the foundation and introduce global standards

To pitch self-sustaining product design/ideas to change the course of the Nigerian economy

To establish basic principles and ethics

To empower and build young Nigerians, thereby reducing unemployment in the country.
